At Sedona Body, we are very serious about protecting customer privacy. The information collected about you is used to process your order and to continuously improve your shopping experience. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never share, rent or sell your personal information to third parties. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

Information that Sedona Body LLC May Collect Online:

When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.  If you sign up for a newsletter, we only ask for your name and e-mail address. In any case, each newsletter will contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe at any time. We will occasionally send you offers from third parties that we think will be a benefit to you.

How Sedona Body LLC Uses Information Collected Online:

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide services and in record keeping.

How Your Information May Be Shared:

By sending us a request or inquiry, you are allowing us to forward your information to the appropriate Sedona Body LLC staff and sub-contractors, if necessary. We never sell or rent your personal or company information. All information that you provide to us is treated as confidential and will not be divulged to parties other than Sedona Body LLC employees or sub-contractors.

Sedona Body LLC may also release information to appropriate governmental authorities under the following circumstances:

Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings; Where a company may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of.

Computer Tracking and Cookies:

Our web sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes to provide better services to the public. Our web sites also recognize the online site where a visitor clicked a link to our site. No personal information is collected.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computers hard drive to provide easier site navigation and access to forms. You can still use the Sedona Body site if your browser is set to reject cookies. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.

Shipping and Refunds:

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (weekends not included). Delivery of merchandise within the US will take approximately 2-3 business days from the shipping date (weekends not included.) Delivery of merchandise outside the US will take approximately 6-10 business days from the shipping date (weekends not included.)

Sedona Body LLC reserves the right to substitute USPS with USPS Express Mail, UPS, or Federal Express, etc.

Refund Policy:

Sedona Body Mastery Course

If for ANY reason and at any time up to 6 months (180 days) after you receive your Sedona Body Mastery Course you are not satisfied, send it back and we will make sure that you receive a full and complete, 100% refund less shipping and handling. CDs included in this course may be returned if the product packaging has been opened.

For all other products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, return (ship) your purchase within 7 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling). The returned items MUST be in 100% original condition and in original packaging. DVDs will not be accepted for return if product packaging has been opened. Once opened, all other DVD product sales are final.

Please Note: DVDs, except for those included in besides The Sedona Body Mastery Course, will not be accepted for return if product packaging has been opened. Once opened, all other DVD products sales are final.

Methods of Payment:  We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Cards.  We also accept check and money order payments via mail. Please contact us for details at support@sedonabody.org or call us at 480-214-9708.

Exchanges are Fair and Simple:

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it. Your replacement will be shipped to you once you contact us at support@sedonabody.org or call us at 480-214-9708, and let us know of the defect. You will not have to wait until we receive your defective product. We trust you to return your defective product in a timely manner!

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items:

It is pertinent that you place your name and order number on the address label or the outside of the package, as we will not accept any packages without one. In addition, please put your name and address on the inside of the package with the reason for your return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use a carrier with package tracking such as United States Post Office with Return Receipt Requested, or UPS. Please note that you will need to first contact us at support@sedonabody.org or call us at 480-214-9708, for return instructions.

Refund Timing:

Refunds generally take 2-3 weeks once we have received and processed the returned item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by check or by credit to your card if you pay by credit card.

Workshop/Retreat Refund Policy:

All Sedona Body LLC courses conducted by Sedona Body LLC Associates are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your reservation to another course date. You may not, however, apply the reservation to another course type. There will be a $100 Change Fee due at cancellation and the credit card used at the time of registration will be charged. When rescheduling, the reservation must be used within one year from the missed course.

Please note: this policy only applies to reservations directly purchased from Sedona Body LLC. A reservation purchased or transferred from a private party is not eligible for any changes, extensions or cancellations.
